Dear OWEA Members:
ATTENTION: NPDES permit holders - the Ohio EPA has implemented an alternative notification process for Non-Compliance events. If your community experiences a non-compliance event you now have an option to e-mail your 24-hour Non-compliance Notification.
The goal is to provide another form of notification, and a more convenient resource to the permittee, while minimizing non-emergency calls to the "800 spill" hotline.
