The OWEA Voluntary Industrial Wastewater Pretreatment Operator Certification Program exam will be held April 25, 2008 in Columbus. Deadline for applications will be March 14, 2008. Applications postmarked after these dates will not be accepted. A fee of $95.00 must accompany the application.

Please note that the application requires you to submit a flow diagram of your wastewater treatment process and a copy of your system's control document (permit). Not completing the application properly could delay your receiving a certificate when you pass the exam.
