Technical Review Group Comments
on Ohio EPA's Permit to Install (PTI) Rule Package, OAC 3745-42

 

 

 

The OWEA Government Affairs Committee (GAC) has taken an active interest in providing technical review comments to the USEPA and OEPA.

Most recently, the GAC provided comments and feedback on the proposed changes to the Ohio EPA's Permit to Install (PTI) Rule Package, OAC 3745-42. OWEA received 12 sets of comments back from our Technical Review Group (TRG) which were used in compiling our response. The reviewers provided a cross section across our industry.
